About us

Emily at Happyhills Cakes believes that if you’re going to have a cake then it should have the wow factor inside and out. A truly personal cake can really make a celebration much more intimate and exclusive, and making sure it tastes delicious inside keeps the celebration going beyond the initial appearance of the cake.

In addition to making bespoke cakes, Happyhills Cakes are also at Fencebay Farmers Market on the last Sunday of every month – here you can find all sorts of delicious favourites and new and seasonal recipes for every month. Come along to try slices of cake and many flavours of muffins and other treats.

Choose from one of the tried and tested party pleasers or get in touch to ask about something different.

Chocolate – dark, soft and rich, truly for those who appreciate chocolate! Also makes a great dessert either as is or warmed up with cream.

Lemon – light and extra zingy, this cake packs a full citrus punch

Vanilla – light classic – have with creamy vanilla filling on it’s own or with fruity jam too.

 
 

Other flavours to consider – carrot (always a favourite at the market), ginger, date & walnut, lemon and poppyseed, coffee & walnut, apple & almond..
